JAXOK Fellowship Program
A three-month fellowship for experienced builders across any field — work on live projects and earn a stipend for great work.
The JAXOK Fellowship is completely free and open to experienced builders from any field — engineering, design, product, data, or anything else. You commit 10–15 hours a week for three months and work directly on live, production-level projects alongside the JAXOK team. Fellows who perform well earn a performance-based stipend. Top performers get the opportunity to move into one of our partner startups. No fees. No busywork. Just real work with real outcomes.
Who can join
The Fellowship is open to anyone who already builds — any field, any background.
You've built and shipped at least one real project in any field
You can commit 10–15 hours a week for three months
You work independently and take ownership without being managed
You're ready to contribute to a live project from day one

A two-step shortlisting process, then onboarding.
Personal interview — we get to know you and your work
Task allotment — a short real-world task relevant to your field
Onboarding — you're in, placed directly on a live project
